These terms apply to glancedeskjurisdiction.com and to GlanceDesk Pro products. The site is operated by SYED SHAMAS UD DIN AHMED, Pakistan ("we"). Contact: contact@glancedeskjurisdiction.com.
1. Free tools
The free tools are provided "as is" for general information. They are not legal advice and do not create a lawyer–client relationship. See the Disclaimer.
2. Paid products
GlanceDesk Pro is a one-time digital purchase. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our card orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for card orders. For crypto orders, the payment is processed by the crypto payment provider shown at checkout.
3. Licence
On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials within your own organisation, including adapting templates for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the materials.
4. Updates
We provide updated versions of purchased materials for 12 months from purchase when the underlying rules change.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the tools or materials.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the date of the latest version is shown below.
